Attention: Yoga Class Students

Please observe the rules below:

1. BE PUNCTUAL! Please arrive at the Studio at least 10 minutes earlier.
2. DO NOT begin class with full stomach! Heavy meal should be taken 4 hours before class. Light meal should be taken 2 hours before class.
3. WEAR suitable clothing or attire for the class.
4. INFORM the instructor before class if you have any injury.
5. WARM UP your body before the Yoga session.
6. INFORM the instructor if you feel uncomfortble during the session.
7. COOL DOWN your body after the session.
8. REPLENISH your body with water or energy drinks.

NOTE: NO CLASS on the 5th week of the month.

中国书法必用需品 Chinese Calligraphy Supplies

参加中国书法的学生须准备以下的用品：

1. 中楷笔 （大）
2. 墨砚 （长方形）
3. 中华牌黑墨汁
4. 生宣纸、熟宣纸
5. 毛毡
6. 吸水布或小毛巾（一条）
7. 水杯（一个）
8. 纸镇（压纸的重量物）笔卷、刀片、印章、笔息、笔架等
   

本教室均有代售以上用品除第6,7及8项，唯存货不多，须向本教室预定。

Students who have registerd for Chinese Calligraphy Class are required to prepare the following items:

1. Chinese brush for medium script (Big)
2. Ink stone (Rectagular)
3. Black ink (Zhong Hua brand)
4. Rice papers
5. Table mat for calligraphy
6. Cloth
7. Water container
8. Paperweight, pen knife, personal seal, penholder, etc
   

Above supplies (except items No 6,7 & 8) are available in the Art Studio but is limited. Please inquire within.

中国水墨画必需品 Chinese Painting Supplies

参加中国水墨画的学生须准备以下的用品：

1. 狼毫大山水、小山水、花鸟水笔
2. 中华牌黑墨汁、水彩
3. 生宣纸、熟宣纸
4. 调色碟或小磁碟（几个）
5. 毛毡
6. 吸水布或小毛巾（一条）
7. 水杯（两个）
8. 纸镇（压纸的重量物）笔卷、刀片、印章、笔息、笔架等

本教室均有代售以上用品除第6,7及8项，唯存货不多，须向本教室预定。

漫漫春天路-- part 1

开办春天，是长久以来的心愿，也是一个漫长的坚持道路。从在修道院读书开始，就一直醉心于演艺活动。当时对这条路的坚持很没有理由，只是单纯的沉迷而已。课业被荒废，被家人责骂，都无所谓，我享受舞台带给我的爆发力和情绪宣泄。或许，舞台是每一个单亲家庭孩子的避风港吧。

只是，长时间的将课业荒废，也让我心惊胆战。很没有危机意识的我，也开始意识到，若再搞不好课业，连升学都成问题，更不用说，可以在演艺这条路上坚持下去。在90年代，搞舞台演艺没有出路，甚至连电视台都没有太多工作机会。我也不知怎样想的，突然在一个辗转难眠的风雨夜，我把正在熟睡的母亲摇醒，告诉她：我要去台湾读电影导演。我妈一愣，骂了一句：我哪来那么多钱！又睡了。。。

但是感觉突然找到方向的我，心情很激动，翻来覆去的幻想自己到台湾读书的美景。一个连飞机都没有坐过的女孩子，做着一个遥远的美梦。。。

第二天，我开始在“我的志愿”写下“电影导演”的伟大梦想，逢人就说，我要去台湾念书，我要读导演，呵呵，仿佛说得多了，志愿就会实现那样。为了实现我的梦想，我还很浪子回头的在from 5那年，足不出户半年多，把烂成一团的课业挽救回来，终于漂漂亮亮的毕业了，呵。

其实可以直接申请乔大先修班的。但是，中学时期一次韩江的营火会，让我对韩江中学产生很大的兴趣---好大好美的校园。于是，很阴差阳错的放弃申请乔大，放弃到mbs，到了韩江读先修班。两年的韩江生活，温馨美好，还因此和韩江结下深缘，促成我回马之后的经历，当然，这是后话了。

在韩江，我当上从小就很想当的职位---总学长。其实，衔头是很威风，这个衔头在独中可是吃力不讨好的。我天天都得跟。。。那种孩子。。。打交道。。。心力交瘁。不过，好处就是，我可以自由进出老师和校长的办公室。所以啊，机会就这样来了，在校长（当时是黄祥胜）办公室里一个很不起眼的角落里，有一本很简陋的，装订简单的“中国留学手册”，中国啊，中国，不是我在诗词里吟诵的那个中国，壮丽的山河，总让我心醉神迷的那个中国吧？于是，我跟校长说一声，就把那本小册子借走了。然后，我在里面找到一个很熟悉的院校，北京电影学院。
